Receptionist Job Vacancy (5 posts)


First Mutual Holdings Limited is inviting suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill vacancies that have arisen within the Group under its Funeral Business.


The Job
Reporting to the Branch Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
o Mans the reception desk.
o Receives and directs clients to relevant departments/ offices assistance.
o Ensures the reception area is well-kept.
o Receives phone calls on the switchboard and directs them to the relevant people.
o Records and reports telephone faults and manages telephone expenses

The Person
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
o Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Customer Services or equivalent.
o Six (6) months’ experience in a similar or related environment
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to communicate at all levels
o Results Oriented
