Reporting to The Assistant Admin Manager – IL; the essential duties and responsibilities will include assisting in the following functions.

1. Attending claims & settlement requests.
2. Analysing credit balance amounts.
3. Attending to credit balance issues
4. Producing weekly and monthly reports

Preferred educational & experience requirements
• Minimum 2.1 pass in Risk & Insurance Management.
• At least 1 year individual attachment in insurance or financial
